Situation
Time Warner Cable needed to introduce its new
digital phone service to executives, customer service representatives,
and technicians throughout its 36 regional business units. Each
of these audiences would have to overcome significant new challenges
in their work. The company had to quickly drive the change into
local offices across the country.
Solution
Little Planet created a documentary movie and
a Flash presentation that showed customers, customer service representatives,
and technicians dealing successfully with the challenges and changes.
Results
Executives and employees were able to envision
success in their roles and understand the major obstacles and challenges
that they would have to face. The movie became the backbone of each
office's introduction to the new digital phone service.
